Kickoff meeting with recruitment team and questionnaire is prepared specific to requirements and handed over to the recruitment team for sourcing thru predetermined source mix.
Recruitment Team sources the profiles through our Databank, References, Head hunting etc. After the 1st round of screening at our end, the short-listed resumes are shared with clients. Personal/telephonic interviews are fixed with candidates as per the short-listing received.
